Responsibilities: Creation and assignment of SD requests. Tasks implementation within the SD system. Processing emails and other correspondence related with the SD project. Work with users. Receiving calls. Consulting users by phone about questions within the competence of SD coordinators. Work with SD engineers. Interaction with different lines of support specialists for acceleration of solving process. Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems for end users through established processes and procedures. Monitors corporate infrastructure and services using Monitoring systems, performs basic troubleshooting, notifies appropriate persons. Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming work order system (telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in person) requests to assist users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other related technologies. Interviews users to collect information about the problem and lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error/problem. Set-up users on network and provide user name and password access to specified systems. Solves issues with user accounts/passwords. Assisted with Network Administration including connections, hardware and programming configuration, based on vendors Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, IBM. Particular technical skills in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server management / maintenance. Excellent oral and written communicator with proven abilities in research, planning, organization, and management. Optimize site connectivity, desktop performance and user experience IT vendor and service provider management: develop stable relationships with equipment Skills : Higher education Business correspondence Personal skills: ability to work in a team, multitasking, responsibility, easy educability, communicable English intermediate or better. Technical skills Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8, Windows Server 2008/2012. Infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services, Print Server, WSUS, Symantec Antivirus, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, File Server administration (file and filder permissions, disk quotes etc), workstation image deployment with WDS/MDT Network: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Software Applications: MS Office 2010/2013, Devicelock DLP Linux/UNIX hand-on experience Nice-to-Have Skills: have experience operator to call centre
