Требования:


Responsibilities:
• Create a demand and identify the needs of current and new customers;


• Attract new clients;


• Contact and build long-term warm relationships with decision makers and main influencers from customer’s team;


• Conduct presentations and product demonstration (offline and online);


• Be capable to understand technical aspects of IT-solution;


• Overcome customers’ objections;


• Be responsible for the whole transaction cycle from the first contact till signing up the contract and processing the payment;


• Write business proposals, contracts, technical tasks;


• Keep all the client's’ history in CRM-system (signed contracts, tracking receivables, sales analysis, decision makers profiles);


• Support project implementation;


• Replace the commercial director partially during his absense.


Requirements:
• Min. 6 years of successful experience in IT B2B sales and Telecom solutions;


• Experience in developing and implementing tactics for closing complex transactions;


• Experience of work with foreign contractors (USA, China, West European countries) are appreciated;


• Sociability, ability to communicate, listen and convey your point of view;


• Charisma and ability to build long-term business relationships with clients;


• Stress resilience, multitasking, focus on results;


• Be ready to take initiative;


• Understand the general specifics of IT-solution sales (supply chain, commercial indicators, transaction cycle, license metrics, assessment of implementation efficiency, specifics of contract work);


• Bachelor’s degree in technology or economics;


• Oral and written language grammar accuracy;


• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point;


• Fluent English;


• Interest in IT-technology and business development;


• Be ready to find out new information every day and share it with the team.
